1. Get a clean and nice sheet of paper. On the left portion of the paper write down numbers 1 to 10. After that proceed by writing without even thinking about what you will answer, just write down whatever 10 things that will first come to mind in response to this phrase "I love (my lover/partner's name) for the reason of..."
