Food and Beverage Minimums
Starting at $4,500
Our in-house executive chef prepares gourmet, plated meals that are customized to fit your style and guest count. From elegant entrées to late-night snacks, every bite is crafted with care by our experienced culinary team.
Anything you provide for your guests to eat or drink—plated dinner, hosted bar, appetizers, desserts, or late-night offerings—goes toward your food & beverage minimum.
Minimums vary based on your room selection and day of the week. Most couples naturally meet the minimum through dinner and drink choices alone.
